Covid 19 Update

We are so happy to be returning back to what we love to do, and we are just as excited to welcome you all to the salon old and new. Firstly, let me reassure you that we have put everything in place to make sure you will be taken care of in a safe space and will enjoy your customer experience with ease. 

Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, no children and no pets please.


If you start to feel unwell the morning of your appointment, please contact the salon asap to cancel and reschedule for possible dates after you have fully isolated for 14 days. If you arrive to the salon feeling unwell showing symptoms of COVID19, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. 

All bookings are by appointment only, so there will be no waiting in our waiting area. All clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to make sure your appointment starts on time. 

The salon has frosted windows to protect our clients privacy, please knock before entering and you will be let in if there are no other clients inside. Our policy is 1 client at any one time. 

There is a 10 minutes grace period after the time your appointment commences. A late fee will be applied after the 10 mins grace. After 20 minutes of waiting your appointment will be cancelled and you will loose your deposit. A late start will effect clients after you, so please be respectful with the time. 

If appointments do run over time and they happen to run into your booked appointment (this only happens if clients are late before you), you will be contacted as soon as possible and you will be notified as to how long you may have to wait. Please do not enter the salon until the previous client has left, please wait outside until you are let into the salon. 

When entering the salon please 'check in' using the NHS track and trace app by scanning our barcode. This will be located inside of the salon by the entrance. If you do not have the app on your phone, please try and download It before you arrive. 

After each appointment the hair station and all tools used will be cleaned and sanitised thoroughly before the next appointment. Each client will be given disposable gowns and disposable towels. 


Please wear a mask at times during your service unless exempt due to health reasons. We can supply face masker £1.50 if you forget to bring your own. 

I will always wear my mask throughout each service, and gloves for certain services. 

Once you enter the salon, please hang up your coat and walk directly to the back of the salon where you can wash and sanitise your hands before sitting down at the styling station. 

Refreshments will still be provided during services. Once you finish your beverage please continue to wear your face mask for the remainder of your appointment.

Please pay by contactless or by banks transfer.
