Policy Hair Extension Training Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Payment - All payments must be made in full before the commencement of the course. - We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. - Klarna option is available - Your place on the course is not confirmed until full payment has been received. 2. Booking Confirmation - Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your course. - Please ensure all personal and course details are correct upon receiving the confirmation. 3. Course Dates - Course dates are fixed and cannot be rescheduled. Ensure you are available on the scheduled dates before booking. - Any changes to course dates are solely at the discretion of the training provider and will be communicated in advance. Cancellation Policy 1. No Refunds - We operate a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable. - This policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason. - If you do not attend the course on the scheduled dates, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 2. Non-Rescheduling Policy - Booking dates cannot be rescheduled. If you cannot attend the course for any reason, you forfeit your place and payment. - We recommend ensuring your availability before booking the course. 4. Course Postponement by Provider - In the rare event that the training provider must postpone or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date. - If the alternative date is not suitable, you will be eligible for a full refund.
