Service Description

This will take place at the studio. Consultation days are carried out Tuesday to Fridays in the mornings only. Consultations are vital to discuss any hair issues you need help with. *Please note the £30 will be deducted from your future fitting appointment. It is very important that ALL clients who want to try LA Weave, Micro Rings & Tapes must have a consultation with me before booking the service. I will go through a consultation form with you. I will discuss aftercare, maintenance prices, we will texture and colour match you hair. I will also asses if the method in question will fit in with your lifestyle and if I can provide you with an alternative. Hair is available subject to stock availability. ORDERING HAIR: If you require me to order hair in advance for your appointment a deposit will be required to pay towards the cost of your hair extensions. The amount will be the FULL cost of the hair extensions. Deposits are non refundable once you purchase the hair as this is a custom order. A secure payment link will be sent to you via text from SumUp. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal or BACS transfer (PayPal fees will apply). PROVIDING YOUR OWN HAIR: If you would like to provide your own hair, please bring this with you to the consultation. When providing your own hair, a deposit of £30 will be required to secure your future fitting appointment after your consultation. **Please Note:** Deposits are non - refundable or transferable if you miss your appointment or you decide you do not want the hair extensions any longer. You have the option of paying a deposit towards your future appointment after the Consultation or you can simply go away and have a think whether the service is right for you.

Cancellation Policy

Before booking please understand the following: - All deposits are Non refundable especially when purchasing hair. - Please read carefully the Terms & conditions page before booking this service. (It is very important you understand the terms & conditions). I understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow up to 10 minutes waiting time. After 10 minutes late = £15 fee applied at end of service. After 30 minutes late = Appointment will be cancelled. You will lose your deposit, a new deposit will be required to reschedule a new appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation/rebooking charge of £30. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. No shows and late arrival bookings will be monitored. If this occurs on a regular basis then I reserve the right to remove you from my database and no future bookings will be made. **By making a booking at Hair 2 The Throne Studio you are accepting the cancellation | No Show | Late arrival policy. ** Thank you for your co-operation.
