This service includes: - Shampoo - Deep condition - Straighten/curls - Trim - Wig band Extras: - Wig combs +£5 - Stitch holes from +£5 How it works: 1. Book 10 min collection slot online (Please allow 5 days from when you plan to drop the unit) 2. Drop off your wig. 3.Wig to be washed, deep conditioned and styled to your desire. It will come back to you looking good as new. 4. Collect your new revived wig on your requested date. You can have the unit sent back by post or by courier at premium cost. (Please ask for more details) For express service 24hrs +£25

Cancellation Policy

Before booking please understand the following: - All deposits are Non refundable especially when purchasing hair. - Please read carefully the Terms & conditions page before booking this service. (It is very important you understand the terms & conditions). I understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow up to 10 minutes waiting time. After 10 minutes late = £15 fee applied at end of service. After 30 minutes late = Appointment will be cancelled. You will lose your deposit, a new deposit will be required to reschedule a new appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation/rebooking charge of £30. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. No shows and late arrival bookings will be monitored.
