Service Description

All NEW clients must book a 15 min Consultation before booking this service. This service includes premium luxury hair. Double Drawn premium Remy, Russian & Mongolian hair. Prices for other colours: Light shades +£30 Special shades +£40 A full deposit will be required to order the hair for you. This will secure your booking date at checkout. Order before 12 noon for next day delivery. Hair is non refundable once purchased, can be exchanged if colour doesn't match or arrives damaged. Hair must remain in its original packaging without being opened to qualify for an exchange. There are options for lower grade hair which have a life span of 4-7 months. Please book a consultation for a personal quote. The weave needs to be moved further up your hair every 6 to 8 weeks as your natural hair grows out. The micro rings will need to be moved or replaced. If you follow the aftercare advice, the extensions should last approximately 12 months.

Cancellation Policy

Before booking please understand the following: - All deposits are Non refundable especially when purchasing hair. - Please read carefully the Terms & conditions page before booking this service. (It is very important you understand the terms & conditions). I understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow up to 10 minutes waiting time. After 10 minutes late = £15 fee applied at end of service. After 30 minutes late = Appointment will be cancelled. You will lose your deposit, a new deposit will be required to reschedule a new appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation/rebooking charge of £30. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. No shows and late arrival bookings will be monitored.
