**Please Note** All NEW clients must book a 15 min Consultation before booking this service. For clients who will provide their own hair. Micro ring hair extensions use a technique with tiny copper rings to combine strands of natural hair with the hair extension. Also known as micro bead or micro loop extensions, they are a really great choice when it comes to a longer-term hair extension solution.

Cancellation Policy

Before booking please understand the following: - All deposits are Non refundable especially when purchasing hair. - Please read carefully the Terms & conditions page before booking this service. (It is very important you understand the terms & conditions). I understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow up to 10 minutes waiting time. After 10 minutes late = £15 fee applied at end of service. After 30 minutes late = Appointment will be cancelled. You will lose your deposit, a new deposit will be required to reschedule a new appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation/rebooking charge of £30. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. No shows and late arrival bookings will be monitored. If this occurs on a regular basis then I reserve the right to remove you from my database and no future bookings will be made. **By making a booking at Hair 2 The Throne Studio you are accepting the cancellation | No Show | Late arrival policy. ** Thank you for your co-operation.
