Service Description

If your hair is extremely long/thick an extra charge of £10 will apply. Avlon Texture Release System. This service includes: - Trim & finish Please allow up to 5 hours if you are adding this to a hair extension service. Texture Release is a heat activated Smoothing System that features Amino Acids and Conditioning Agents that crosslink deep into the hair fibers to enable styling versatility. Enable you to have optional textural change with increased combing manageability. Texture Release is formulated specifically for naturally curly hair. This system is designed to provide additional moisture & conditioning for your hair and scalp. To maintain your texture release, it is advised not to get it wet for at least 3 days. It is also important not to put a tight hair bobble in your hair that will leave a dent in your freshly texture released hair. I advise that you use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner to maintain the longevity of your texture release and to always use heat protector when blowdrying and styling your hair with straighteners or curlers. Texture release lasts between 8-12 weeks although this timeframe varies from client to client.

Cancellation Policy

Before booking please understand the following: - All deposits are Non refundable especially when purchasing hair. - Please read carefully the Terms & conditions page before booking this service. (It is very important you understand the terms & conditions). I understand that life can be hectic and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow up to 10 minutes waiting time. After 10 minutes late = £15 fee applied at end of service. After 30 minutes late = Appointment will be cancelled. You will lose your deposit, a new deposit will be required to reschedule a new appointment. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a cancellation/rebooking charge of £30. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. No shows and late arrival bookings will be monitored.
