Hair 2 The Throne was founded in 2010 by award-winning hair extension specialist and educator Monica, a woman who turned her passion for beauty into purpose and her setbacks into strength. From a graduate to a banking professional to starting her own business.

 

After opening her first studio in 2016, just ten months after giving birth as a single mother, Monica used her journey as fuel to build a brand that empowers, uplifts, and transforms. Balancing motherhood, business, and a long-term health condition (autoimmune Lupus to the brain), she built her dream on determination, faith, and an unwavering desire to create something impactful, healing and luxury-driven.

 

Monica has over 15 years of hands-on expertise in the hair industry, and has earned prestigious industry recognition, including:
