  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book your private appointment please go to the 'book now' button and it will take you striaght to the bookings page. Alternativtly click this link book appointment.
  • Do I need to book a consultation?
    Yes! Especially if you are a new client. It is an opportunity for you ask any questions that you may have, and if you have any concerns regarding the fitting process. The technician will go over prices, maintenance with you which will help you to decide if this is the right service for you. It also gives you the opportunity to meet the technician beforehand.
  • How much do you charge for your services?

  • Can I bring my own hair extensions?
    Yes! This is perfectly fine as long as you bring quality hair that is easy to work with.
  • Do you provide the hair?
    Yes! Hair can be provided, depending on the texture that maybe required. If there is non in stock online then please contact the salon for more information. Contact Monica here.
  • How do I order hair from you?
    During the consultation the technician will help choose the correct hair match for you. A full payment will be required for the hair extensions to secure your booking. This payment in non refundable. You can also order from our online store via the website here
  • What are hair extensions?
    Hair extensions come in many forms of texture, length, colour and method. Hair extensions help you to transform you look in hours, they add length and volume as well as making you look and feel fabolous. Our hair is 100% human hair that enables you to colour, straighthen and curl. They can last for up to a year or more depending on aftercare. You can see more in depth about our different techniques here.
  • What if I buy the hair extensions and change my mind?
    You can change your mind and cancel your fitting, however payment for the hair extensions are non refundable as they were orderd specifically for you. The hair extensions will be yours to keep if and when you decide to reschedule a future appointment. If they were bought online a refund will only be given if they arrived damaged and left in its original packaging un-opened and unworn.

  • Do you relax hair?
    Unfortunatley, relaxing is not a service we provide.
  • Do you install single plaits?
    Unfortunately, single plaits is not a service we offer.
  • Do you colour hair?
    Unfortunatley, we do not colour hair. We are able to help colour match and find a suitable match to your natural hair. We can also try helping by sourcing the hair for you.
  • Wat is the minimum length that my hair should be if I want hair extensions?
    Your natural hair should be at least 8" long to apply hair extensions.
  • Should I colour my hair before my consultation?
    It is recommended that you attend your consultation with the colour shade you would want as the end result. This will help with the colour matching process.
  • What hair types do you service?
    Hair 2 The Throne welcomes all haor types, Afro Carribean and European hair. If you are still not sure then please book a consultation with the salon, click here.
  • I have alopecia, can I wear hair extensions?"
    We do not recommend hair extensions for anyone suffering from alopecia or hair loss. I can offer services in Mesh integration and wig styling. If you are interested please book a consultation to discuss your options further.
  • I am apprehensive about salons & I don't like to talk much. Do we need to talk throughout the service?
    Not at all! I have a 'Silent Service' you can request. Once your booking is confirmed you can let us know if you would prefer this service in the comments section.
  • Should I wash my hair before the appointment?
    Please arrive to your apppointment with washed, clean hair, dry hair. The salon has the right to refuse the service if this is not adhered to. Alternatively, you can add wash & blow-dry to your service. Please let me know in advance so I can factor in extra time to your service.
  • How soon after my consultation can I install the hair?
    Depending on stock and appointment availability, you can have your hair fitted on the same day. For European hair this can be ordered and delivered the following next day. For other textures hair will be custom ordered and can take up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery. There is normally hair in stock for same day fitting.
  • How long does an install take?
    appointments can take approximately 2-3.5 hours long depending on the service required.
  • Will the install hurt?
    They will not hurt or feel uncomfortable. Throughout the servie we will always ask how they feel once applied. If they feel uncomfortable, we will adjust where possible.
  • How often will I need a maintenance?
    During your consultation and appointment, you will be told of how the maintenance process will work. All services have a different maintenance regime.
  • Do you offer home visits?
    Unfortunately I will no longer be accepting home visits for new clients moving forward.
  • Do you offer walk-ins?
    The salon is run by appointment only. Clients must book their appointment in advanced, walkins will have to book for a future appointment.
  • Where are you located?

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Hair 2 The Throne accepts - Cash - Card payments - Paypal (online deposits only) - Banks Transfer
  • What does the service include?
    The service includes firstly, a consultation followed by a private install service then followed by regular maintenance appointments to help with the up keep of the hair extensions. Hair can also be provided upon request depending on stock available. Please contact the studio for more info.
  • I installed my hair somehere else, can I still book with you?"
    Yes of course! You are more than wlecome to book with us, however depending on how the previous work has been carried out, an extra fee may be applied.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    A deposit of £30 is required to secure any services. During a consultation if hair needs to be ordered, full amount for the hair will be paid as a non refundable depsot to secure your appointment. Payment method accpted: Cash Card Payment PayPal Banks Trasnfer
  • Do I need a consultation?
    Yes! Hair extension fittings will NOT take place without it. Consultations are vital as I will touch base on maintenance, aftercare as well as colour and texture match you hair.
  • How do I remove my hair extensions?
    To remove your extensions, please book online here. We would strongly advise that you have your extensions taken out by a professional. Please avoid taking them out yourself as this could lead to damaging your natural hair.
  • Will there be refreshments?
    Yes! Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a Sip 'N' Snack menu to select from. All complimentary (FREE of charge)
  • Is there WIFI?
    Yes! Its FREE
  • Can I bring a plus 1?
    Due to the space of the studio, Hair 2 The Throne can only accomodate 1 client at a time. This also includes no children please.
  • How should I sleep with my extensions?
    We sould recommend using our luxury sleep bonnets that is available at our online store. Click here to purchase. Our luxury bonnets will help keep your crown in place, as well as keep your locs frizz free and moisturised whilst you sleep.
  • How do I maintain my hair at home?
    We will always advise you during your appointment with how to care for your hair at home.
