Please read these conditions very carefully before ordering any goods and booking services from our website or in house.
Your attention is particularly drawn to paragraph 6. [All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling]
By reading these conditions you agree to be legally bound by them
Interpretation
In these conditions the following words shall have the following meanings:
“You” means the person(s), firm or company that buys the Goods from Us and “your” shall be interpreted accordingly
“Goods” means any goods We agree to supply to You under the terms of the Contract , this includes any instalment of the goods or part(s) of them.
“Contract” means any contract between You and Us, for the sale and purchase of the Goods, which incorporates these conditions.
“Website” means the website with the URL: https://www.hair2thethrone.co.uk/
“Day” means a UK working day and does not include Saturday or Sunday and “days” shall be interpreted accordingly.
Any reference to any statute or statutory provision refers to its most recent version
Reference to the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
Headings are only used for convenience.
Applying These Conditions
The Contract will be on these conditions only, unless there is a written variation agreed between You and Us
Your order is an offer to buy the Goods and services from Us (Hair 2 The Throne) under these conditions.
Confirmation of your order is our acceptance of that offer. We do not have to accept your offer.
Defects
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
We will not be liable for any defects of the Goods unless:
You tell Us of the defect within 24hrs of the time You discover, or sought to have discovered, the defect; and
We are given a reasonable opportunity, of examining the Goods and, if requested, You return the Goods to Us at your expense for examination (if We agree that the Goods are defective, We will refund this expense).
We shall not be liable for any defect if:
You use the Goods after telling Us about the defect; or
the defect arises through misuse by using the wrong products, cutting or altering in any way, or inappropriate storage, of the Goods; or
You alter or repair the Goods without our written consent.
Subject to conditions 8.2 and 8.3, if any of the Goods are defective, We shall either repair or replace them (or the defective part) or refund the price, provided that, at our request, You return the Goods (or the defective part). We will refund the cost of returning the Goods to Us. If We comply with condition 8.4, We shall have no further liability for any defects.
The Goods
Any description of the Goods on our Website is for guidance only. No pictures, descriptions, specifications or advertising will form part of the Contract.
Price
All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling.
The price for the Goods and services is the price shown at the Order Summary on our website when We confirm your order or appointment. This price will include VAT [if appropriate] and the cost of delivery.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Payment
Payment is due by any of the methods described on our website at the date You place your order or booked your appointment placed either online or within the studio.
Goods will not be shipped until payment is cleared by Our bankers. [Cash, PayPal, Bank transfer, and Postal Order payments are cleared immediately upon receipt].
Right to Return Policy for Hair Extensions
At Hair 2 The Throne, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return your purchase. Please read our Right to Return Policy carefully to ensure that you are fully informed of your rights and responsibilities.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
- Hair extensions that have been worn, washed, dyed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order items.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [Customer Service Email] or [Customer Service Phone Number]. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on your return package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- If your return is rejected due to not meeting the return eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged once arrived and in its original package unworn. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our Customer Service team at monica@hair2thethrone.co.uk with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Customer Service Email].

Ordering hair
All Hair extensions pre ordered and bought for fitting purposes are all custom orders. You are required to pay FULL PRICE for the hair extensions before booking your service appointment unless you are on a monthly subscription plan. If you decide after purchasing the hair that you no longer need or want them you will not be eligible for a full or partial refund. The hair will be kept in the studio for you until you collect them, you can request the hair to be posted to you at the cost of your own expense.
Hair Service (during & after appointment)
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections as soon as possible. If after 24 hours since your service that you decide that you are not happy with your hair because you feel it does not suit you, a refund will not be given under these circumstances. Please communicate with your stylist during the service if you are not happy, so that it is easier to correct any issues for you on the day.
If you do not want the issue corrected and would like to take the hair extensions out as soon as possible (removed) a full removing fee will apply. Please refer to the service removal price list.
If your hair is not sitting comfortably, it feels tight, it needs tightening, the rings need adjusting or removed as they are visible or too tight, or tracks/tapes are showing (within 72hrs of your fitting) Please contact the studio immediately to book an emergency appointment for you to have these corrected FREE of charge. Please bear in mind that there may be clients already booked in, We will try our upmost hardest to accommodate you within the next 48-72hrs. The FREE refit must be fitted within the time frame of 3 working days (If no free slots are available, the time frame will be extended by management). It Is up to you the client to book your appointment to have this corrected as soon as possible.
Hair extensions worn just after a fitting at our studio
All sales are final. We understand that the quality of the hair cannot be consistent all the time. If there is a case where the hair is faulty such as shedding or tangling, please contact the studio via email to monica@hair2thethrone.co.uk and report the issue immediately with a well-lit picture of the issue. Please do this within seven days from your last fitting appointment. Once the issue has been discussed by management, please send the hair back to the studio via tracking delivery, alternatively please visit the studio within 48hrs from being instructed by your stylist at Hair 2 The Throne. The hair will then be assessed, if agreed by the stylist at Hair 2 The Throne you will be given an exchange only for the same item along with a FREE refit. If the exchanged product(s) also become faulty, this too will be assessed by management and if agreed only then will a partial or full refund will be issued (partial or full will be given depending on the fault).
Buying hair, wigs online or in store
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if you change your mind. We understand that the quality in hair cannot be consistent all the time. If there is a case where the hair is faulty, please return the hair back to the studio within 48hrs of receiving it. The hair will be assessed, and you will be given an exchange only. If there are signs showing that the hair has been worn, tampered or altered in anyway a refund will not be issued under any circumstances. If the hair arrives damaged in its packaging an exchange or full refund will be issued. Please take a photo and send it to monica@hair2thethrone.co.uk as soon as it has been received by You the customer. Once agreed by a member of staff at Hair 2 The Throne a full refund or exchange will be issued to you. Any hair or wig items bought by You that is worn during or after a fitting done by Hair 2 The Throne or another establishment and it is faulty within 72hrs, then only an exchange will be given, or a correction can be made to rectify the problem.
Late arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a £10 fee which will be added to your final bill. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled with a new non-refundable deposit of £30.
Late cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify the studio of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a £20 fee added to your next appointment without notice.
No shows
In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying an unreturnable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the studio.
Health History
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Right to refuse service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. If your hair is very unclean and needs medical attention.
Children in the studio
As we are concerned with your and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
Delivery
We will deliver the Goods to the address You provide on the order form.
Any delivery date We give is an estimate. All purchases are sent using a tracking and signature upon arrival method. We (Hair 2 The Throne) will not be liable if the delivery is registered as delivered and signed for by the recipient of the said address where the item has gone missing.
Unless these conditions state otherwise, We are not liable for any loss of an item, costs,
damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery. Once your purchase has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver on time and efficiently. The courier will send text or email to let you know when your goods will be arriving.
If We cannot deliver the Goods because You won’t accept delivery, You haven’t provided the correct address, or no-one is available to accept delivery, then:
all risk in the Goods will pass to You;
the Goods will be deemed to have been delivered; and
We may store the Goods until We can re-deliver them, and You will be liable for any costs arising from this
Non-Delivery
We shall not be liable for any proven non-delivery, if it has been delivered and signed for but has become missing.
Our liability for non-delivery is limited to replacing the Goods. A credit note maybe issued depending on the circumstances.
Force Majeure
If We are prevented from, or delayed in, carrying on our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, We may defer delivery or cancel the Contract or reduce the volume of the Goods sent to You (without liability to You). Such circumstances include, acts of God, global pandemic, government actions, war, national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, strikes, other labor disputes, or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of materials.
If the circumstance in question continues for a continuous period of more than 10 days, You can give Us written notice to end the Contract.
Information You provide
You authorise Us to use, store or process any information that You provide, including your name, address, email and telephone number as far as is reasonably necessary for Us to provide our services.
If You buy Goods through our Website, then We may collect information about your buying behavior. If You send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters, then We may collect this information into a file specific to You.
You must ensure that any information You provide is accurate and complete. For more information about how We deal with your Personal Information, please read our privacy policy.
Online Materials
The materials published on our Website are solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
Our Website is controlled and operated by Us from our offices. We do not control or endorse any content supplied by third parties.
Any content from third parties is published in good faith. We are not responsible for its accuracy or for its use.
You accept all responsibility for your use of our Website and any information it contains.
General
Each of our rights or remedies under the Contract is without prejudice to any of our other rights and remedies whether under the Contract or not.
If any provision of the Contract is found to be wholly or partly illegal, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable, then it shall be deemed severable. The remainder of that provision and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Any failure or delay by Us in enforcing any part of the Contract will not be taken as a waiver of any of our rights.
If We ignore any breach of any part of the Contract by You, this does not mean that We will allow any further breach and it will not affect the other terms of the Contract.
The Contract is governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Nothing in these Conditions shall create any rights for third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
No responsibility can be accepted by us for a customer’s lack of suitability for use of any of the Goods as detailed in the specification or for their overall suitability to wear hair extensions.
Except as expressly and unambiguously stated otherwise, We do not endorse, operate, control, or assume responsibility for any product, brand, method, treatment, information, or services on the web site, in any way.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Hair Extension Training Program
Non-Refundable Policy
- Full Payment: All purchases for the Hair Extension Training Program are final and non-refundable. By registering and paying for the course, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
- Deposits: Any deposits made towards the course fee are also non-refundable. By paying a deposit, customers secure their spot in the program and acknowledge that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Class Attendance and Punctuality
- Mandatory Attendance: Students must attend all scheduled classes. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or rescheduling.
- Punctuality: Classes must start on time. Students are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals disrupt the learning experience for others and will not be accommodated beyond the start time.
- Late Arrival: If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, they may not be allowed to participate in the class and will forfeit that session without refund.
Rescheduling and Missed Classes
- Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling of classes is not permitted. Students must adhere to the original schedule provided at the time of registration.
- Missed Classes: If a student misses a class, the session will not be rescheduled or refunded. Students are encouraged to review any provided course materials independently to catch up.
Program Changes
- Program Changes by the Institution: In rare cases, the institution may need to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, facility issues). In such cases, the institution will notify students as soon as possible and reschedule the affected session(s).
- No Additional Compensation: No additional compensation will be provided for any inconvenience caused by rescheduling or cancellations initiated by the institution.
Exceptional Circumstances
- Exceptional Circumstances Consideration: In cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe illness, bereavement), students may submit a written request for consideration. Each case will be evaluated individually, and any decisions made will be at the sole discretion of the institution.
Course Materials
- Usage Restrictions: Any course materials provided to students, including but not limited to manuals, videos, and digital content, must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission from the institution.
- Intellectual Property: All course materials are the intellectual property of the institution and are provided solely for the personal use of registered students.
Full Payment and Certification
- Payment Deadline: Full payment for the course must be made before the start of the course date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the training and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on all late payments. Interest will be calculated from the due date until the payment is received.
- Certification: Certifications will not be issued until full payment for the course has been received.
Travel and Accommodation
- Financial Responsibility: We will not be responsible for any financial loss incurred by the client relating to travel and accommodation. Clients are advised to ensure their travel and accommodation arrangements are flexible and refundable where possible.

Agreement to Policy
- Acknowledgment: By registering for the Hair Extension Training Program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Policy Updates
- Amendments: The institution reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via email and will be effective immediately upon notification.
By following this policy, we aim to ensure a structured and professional learning environment for all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. Refunds will not be accepted.
You have 7 days to notify us if the product you receive is faulty or is an incorrect order from the date of your item receipt.

You have 14 days to exchange any faulty goods from the date of your item reciept.
Please make sure the item has not been worn or tampered with, such as tonged, or styled. All items must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if you do not follow our terms and conditions.
Customers are liable for sending back any items. You must incur all charges for returning any items and must use a trusted delivery service that offers tracking. We are not liable for any missing items in transit to us.
Exchanges will not be made until we receive your faulty or wrong item, as this needs to be logged into our systems for referencing.
The above also applies to all international shipping.
We will not accept any items returned altered in any way shape or form (washed, cut, tonged, brushed or combed).
According to the Health and Safety regulations and the review of the 2010 Health and Safety Law human hair cannot be returned USED. This does compromises removing hair from the original bundle. All products must be returned in their original and resalable state.
Please send products back to us via a courier that offers tracking information and delivery confirmation as we will not be accountable for missing products.
Shipping
Customers must bear any handling or custom fees. Hair 2 The Throne will not be liable for any fees.
